FAQ - Warranty and returns

Are you not satisfied? Then we will refund the purchase amount. Send your order back to Mestic for free within 30 days. We ask you to keep the product in the same condition as you received it. So you may touch and look at an article as you would in a store. It is important to return the product in its original state and packaging. To ensure a quick exchange process, we advise you to return your product(s) and place a new order.

On all our Mestic products, you receive a standard 2-year warranty. However, if you buy a product via our webshop, you will temporarily benefit from an extra year's warranty!* Check the conditions below.

*Conditions 3-year Mestic warranty:
•   By purchasing via mestic.nl, you extend the standard 2-year guarantee by 1 extra year;
•   Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email) well, you must be able to present it;
•   In case of wear and tear or improper use of the products, the warranty does not apply;
•   The promotion is only valid on Mestic products with a purchase date between 1 April 2023 and 31 December 2023.

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return.
